Hi, my name is Panos. And "who are you?" is my least favorite question. Ever.
What do you want me to say? "I'm a scout and manager who can help you get trials and completely change your life"? Or "a young, ambitious guy with a passion for helping footballers"? Gross. Boring. Sounds like literally everybody else in this industry.
So the best way I can describe myself: the opposite of what you picture when you think "online scout professional." Yes, I'm a scout and a manager. But I'm also:

Do I need footage already?+
No. Collecting it is one of the easiest parts. We guide it step by step, and our editors cut it into a scout-spec reel.
What age and level is this for?+
Ambitious players 16 to 25. NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, UPSL, semi-pro, released academy players. If you can compete at a professional trial, you're in range.
Why six months?+
Football runs on transfer windows. Six months covers both: pre-season (May to August) and mid-season (December to February). That's the highest mathematical chance of a trial landing.
Are you an agency?+
No. We're your career support team. We don't negotiate contracts. We build your profile, get you seen, and put you in front of decision-makers.
What does a confirmed trial mean?+
An email from the club: this place, this date, train with the team. Nothing less counts.
What does it cost?+
That depends on your situation, and we only discuss it on the call once we know we can actually help you. The call itself is free and you leave it with a clear plan either way.
Which countries do you place players in?+
Europe first: England, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Poland, Sweden, Finland, Cyprus, Malta and Gibraltar — leagues with favourable foreign-player rules and clubs that actually sign. We work the US side too: NCAA, NAIA, NJCAA, UPSL and semi-pro. If your target market isn't listed, ask on the call and we'll tell you straight.
Is everything on this wall real?+
Yes. Every screenshot, clip and signing photo comes from a real player, and results appear here only with the player's consent. We never fabricate proof — that would defeat the entire point of this page.
How do clubs actually see me?+
Through the profile we build together: a verified Transfermarkt page, three private scouting platforms, a scout-spec highlight reel and a professional CV — then direct introductions to sporting directors and our agent network. No spamming generic club inboxes.
How much support do I get during the six months?+
A personal accountability coach checks on you daily. You get monthly 1-on-1 strategy calls, live group Zoom calls, a private community of serious players, Agent Zero (our AI tutor, trained on the whole program) and a full classroom of training plans, footage guides and templates.
What happens if it doesn't work?+
Two rules, both in writing. Rule one: if in the first 30 days you feel we haven't delivered what we promised, you cancel and get a full refund — and keep your reel and CV.
